Easter Sunday

I know Easter was last week, but what an amazing day! I had the privledge of capturing all three sessions of our church services on my camera. I had so much fun. I was busy all over the church talking to people and asking permission to photograph them. I had to post this photo. The lighting was perfect, her expression was perfect and I just love it! I didn't edit either of these photos... I love this one of Hoot too. He is a mess!

He is not there!

The angel said to the women "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. The go quickly and tell the disciples: He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Gaillee. There you will see him, Now I have told you." Matthew 28:5-7 He is risen!!

Keeping my head above water!

I feel like every post is an excuse as to why I haven't posted... its more of the same... i've been so busy with life I can't seem to keep my head above water. I've been a terrible friend folks. I'm trying to manage my household, work my part time job, edit photos (at night) and oh yeah... be a good wife. I'm failing in all areas. I need an asst. that's what I need. I need someone to do the laundry, iron and maybe some light housekeeping Oh yeah and return a few e-mails. Who knew being a stay at home mom was so exhausting. I'm tired! I haven't blogged or even kept up with my blog friends lately. I love what I'm doing, it's just hard trying to manage it all. I think it will be easier when the Doll starts school and I have a few free hours during the day... maybe.. maybe not.. I just know I've missed yall! I hope you have a wonderful Easter. We've got busy plans all weekend. I'm shooting an Easter party tomorrow and then Sunday I've been asked to stay for all three services at church to capture the day through my lens. I'm excited and overwhelmed all at the same time! This is what I've been up to.. loving every minute!
