Sunshine, lollipops and rainbows
Everything that's wonderful is what I feel
When we're together.
Brighter than a lucky penny.
When you're here the raindrops disappears
Dear and I feel so fine.
Just to know that you are mine.
My life is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows

My camera card is bursting at the seams with images it captured beautifully while on our vacation to Seaside. There are so many special moments I want to share and document, but I absolutely could not wait to post this one amazing whimsical passing of time I shared with sweet Libbie. I have 5 eager families that waited patiently for me to return from vacation before receiving their images so I must get busy editing for them before I start on our family vacation pics.
I'm not sure how or when it happened but it happened all the same. Libbie Lin is officially a mamma's girl. Other mom's assured me it would come, but I had my doubts. She loves her Daddy to the moon, but I think even he would admit, I have won her over. We have our morning and bedtime routines. I read to her every night before bed and then we turn out the lights and snuggle. In the morning Lambert used to wake her up for school, but now she asks for mamma. She cuddles up right in my lap and roots around like a little piggy looking for her perfect comfy spot. I longed for this years before I ever saw her face. God placed sweet Libbie in my heart and knew that she would fit perfectly in my arms.
We stopped for ice cream and snow cones almost every day. Our favorite spot was in the Market Square. I almost didn't take my camera this time, but decided I had better, just in case.... Libbie and I were waiting at a picnic table while Daddy and Hoot stood in line. We were talking and being silly and I decided to just snap a few pics. I kept talking while I shot and we laughed and giggled while she made her way from one side of the table to the other. She made silly faces and eyes at me and we cracked up. This truly captures her personality. She usually clams up when I drag out the lens, but I think she forgot I was shooting because we were having so much fun together.
It was a rainbows and lollypops kind of day! Thank you Lord for blessing me with this perfect gift!
